Hey ssssnakes fans!
so lately you guys have been pretty shitty and no one has been buying our records. like serious WTF like!!!!!!
We have been getting a lot of shit of the label executives to try and push sales. Most bands would go on tour, and I'm sure most band love playing to rooms fulls of their fans every night, but not us. the thought of talking to you lot night after night turns me sick.

We looked at some business models of our favourite band ( mike tv) and realised people will listen to any thing if it has a shitty video. This got us thinking what if unlike those bands we made a great video full of cameos from your favourite punk rock stars. so that's what we did!

The video is for the song surfrog and our best buddy Jono is working on it as we speak.  In the mean time check out some photos from the video shoot. we had a blast and hope you enjoy watching it. as we sit at home counting our money!!

whats that you want to know how i am? i am fucking awesome and super sexy fresh!!!!!
   
    As normal we haven't been doing much just getting awesome all over Swansea.
Lets get to the point as you must have guest I'm doing this blog cause we have some shows coming up and Jamie thinks if i do a blog update it will achieve us a greater level of awesomeness but you also know the only thing awesome to come off the Internet is being able to watch crazy fucking with chicks with fruit and goats and shit like that.

     We have loads ( 2 shows) coming up in the next six months firstly we will be playing the most awesome venue in the UK Le pub in Newport with the awesome Larry and his flask on the 27th of April. if you can make it you should cause we will be awesome and there will be loads of awesome beer. Secondly we are playing fest again in Gainsville!!! funny story about that show is some prick from anti flag put in their contract that they would only play if ssssnakes play the fest as well. Jokes on them cause we were already playing . SSSSUCKAAAASSSS!!!!!!
Playing fest last year was a blast cause its always fun to travel 1000's of miles to play infront of pure graft. those guys really are awesome.

Just a little update on whats going on in the wonderful lives of ssssnakes. Last weekend we played the SWFU Christmas bash . it was a fucking hoot and being the awesome dudes we are, we made one of our biggest fans Christmas dream come true. He begged and begged and we finally gave in and let Mikey erg  play a couple of songs with us. he was really pleased to get the chance to play with one of his biggest musical influences, and i suppose being the big softie that i am it felt kinda good to see the little guy so happy.

In the new year as well we are going to be playing a kick ass show in London on the 12th of January at the opening of rolling back the years. A exhibition of 80's skate art and stuff. Its going to be at red gallery london and we are getting paid in shoes fuck yes! I fucking love free  foot trouseres!

Thats about it for now im off to get drunk for a few weeks to deal with my family and to try and fill the void in my llife left by god knows what. See you hell. kisses xxx

we got some cool stuff in the pipe line. After the massive success of or debut album "kissss thissss" we went back into the brewery to record 5 more bitchin jams for you lot. and believe me when i tell you these jams are the jam! 3 of those songs will end up on an split 7" with the mother fucking slow death. Those guys may be ass wipes but their music is ball licking good. The record is coming out on kiss of death records/ not shy of DIY records / SWFU records some time before the fest.

im not sorry i havent up dated this thing in while, beacuse i doubt you even read it!
its summer time now so its time for us to come out of hiding and do some awesome shit again! you know the awesome shit im talking about playing shows and putting out banging jams. First off we are playing the grand opening of the exsit skate park in swansea on the 18th of june. Its going to be a kick ass time and it would be cool if you could come. The skate park is going to be the coolest thing to happen in swansea in a mother fucking long ass balls time! That same weekend we are heading back in to the studio ( or brewery as it aslo known) to record 3 new jams for a split 7" we have got planed for around fest time!
oh i did i not mention that ssssnakes have the pleasure of showing Gaineville how to rock this october! thats right we are playing fest! playing along side such great ska bands as Great Cynics and less than jake is a real.... bummer! but dont worry there are loads of other kick ass band playing too. im only joking less than jake are ok .

hows it going out there in the land of ssssnakes fans? i just had a dounut in the bath it was awesome!

you may also notice on the side of this blog are a bunch of tour dates! How cool is that! we cant wait to get out on the road and partake in rock antics with some of the most gnarly dudes around!.

On march the 12th we are doing an extra speacial kissss thissss release party

its going to be hawian themed with hawian gifts! i know thats pretty cool inits self  3 bodacious bands and gifts! but dont bail out or drop through the back door early after they finish we have sorted out the most tubular club night in south wales! stick around to dance with girls with 50's hair to some surf and 50 rock & roller! we may even spin some tunes as well if miles isnt too drunk!

BIG (balls) newssss!

Hey ssssnakes fans!
we got a bunch of stuff coming up and should be a lot busyer than we are, but we aint no busy bumble bees we are cool ssssnakes!
First off we got a awesome show coming up in swansea next week in sigma. shit i just realised its on thursday i didnt think it was that close! lucky we got practice tomorrow

Then after that we are playing 2 christmass shows one in the gower pub in cardiff on the 11th of december with bedford falls and the doublecross (aint got a flyer for this cause stubbs is a lazy bear) Then the day after we are plying in the fighting cocks in Kingston, but not all is what it seems for these two shows as tonight mathew ssssnakes are going to be the ramonesssss. Thats right the second greatest rock and roll band playing a set jam packed full of covers by the number one rock and roll band of all time!!!!!!

All this news is kinda pointless cause chances are if your sitting at home jerking off over the ssssnakes blog then your not going to cum to a show (and if you do please wash your hands). The BIG news is that our first lp is finaly coming out on specialist subject records i think the pre orders for limited edish vinly and shirt mega combo will be starting very early in the new year. The lp is called kissss thissss and is 13 songs of pure awesome. you know its going to be a good record when the front cover looks thissss hot

i think thats about it for now i will try and keep this thing more update with whimsical photos and erotic tales of the day to day life of ssssnakes!

Sorry for the lack of updates but i forgot the internet is for more than this!
The few shows we palyed with good luck were pretty fun. but what was more fun where the drives home we drank a whole lot of rum and found some awesome new and exciting things to do with hand sanitiser. ssssnakes would incourage all our fans to try and come up with thier own new ways to enjoy soap. please let us know how you get on!

ssssnakes in a van

we have been pretty busy ssssnakes in the past couple of weeks.
Two weeks ago we finished wrighting and recording our first album. Not realy sure when its going to be out, but one things for sure when it does come out it will rock your balls off!!

last friday we played in  the fighting cocks in kingston town for our very good friend microphone head. it was pretty fun to play despite the 9 hour round trip. we pretty much got there late played and drove home. Being in a van and drinking loads fo rum can make you do some very stange things involving hand sanitiser... but thats an other story
